Led the creative team supporting Twin Cities Orthopedics, Training HAUS, and multiple i-Health organizations, guiding the department through a transition from Revo Health’s agency model to TCO’s in-house marketing team. Responsible for elevating creative output, defining workflows, and establishing brand guidelines, voice and tone, and processes that managed 24 projects weekly across multiple organizations. Directed campaigns across digital, traditional, social, and experiential channels, ensuring work was strategic, high-quality, and aligned with business goals. Grew and formed an in-house creative department for MakeMusic, a world leader in music technology, creators of Finale, Garritan, and SmartMusic. Created all graphic and visual materials for this worldwide brand. Built and fostered relationships with outside creative firms, freelance designers, and photographers. Established a brand style guide, developed packaging for the family of brands, and created marketing promotions to drive B-to-C sales. Developed instruction training materials through a variety of media outlets such as trade shows, web applications, print, photo, and video tutorials.
